The Technology Co-op Program's goal is to offer the best co-op assignments to our students in preparation to join the Edison Engineering Developement Program (EEDP) upon graduation.
Here's a little description of co-op: blah blah
The Technology Co-op Program is an engineering job opportunity in which you’re aligned with an individual assignment leader who will help set your specific goals, deliverables and expectations throughout your rotation. This co-op program will give you an opportunity to not only be a part of challenging assignments, but also spend time improving your technical skills through an actual engineering job. We offer opportunities for electical, mechanical, and software engineering assignments. When you complete co-op rotations with us, you’ll not only improve your technical and professional skills, but you’ll also be on the path as a candidate for our Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP) upon graduation.
Here are the benefits of EEDP: blah blah
EEDP is a three-year early-career program consisting of four rotational assignments on engineering projects driven by real business priorities. The program cultivates technical problem-solving skills via advanced engineering coursework, formal reports and presentations to senior leadership, in addition to valuable work experience. Participants have the opportunity to earn credit toward a master’s of science degree in engineering. Edison graduates have the technical foundation to make innovative contributions to GE Appliances’ future. If you love technology and want a career in engineering, the Edison Engineering Development Program may be for you.
