Advanced Services, Inc. (ASI) is a state-of-the-art call center and a wholly - owned subsidiary of GE Appliances. ASI began in 1990 with the primary purpose of providing exceptional customer services to GE Appliances' growing family of customers. ASI has facilities in Memphis, TN and one located in Rapid City, SD. Between both sites, ASI has approximately 700 employees nationwide.

ASI’s goal is to provide the consumer with the highest quality service and exceptional experience. Our employees build a connection with and support consumers in a positive, efficient and creative way to reasonably and satisfactorily resolve their concerns. ASI employees aren’t merely call takers. They are problem solvers, solution seekers, listeners and advocates.



Monogram Refrigeration, LLC (MRO), located in west Tennessee is a wholly owned subsidiary of GE Appliances, a Haier Company. For over 30 years, the manufacturing plant has been an appliance production facility. Since then, the plant has evolved to produce Monogram, GE Profile Built-In, and GE Café Built-In Refrigerators and Freezers.

Roper Corporation, a subsidiary of GE Appliances, a Haier Company, manufactures ranges, wall ovens and cooktops under the GE Appliances, Profile, Monogram and Café brands. Located in beautiful north Georgia, Roper Corporation was constructed in 1972 and has grown from 500,000 square feet in size to over 1,100,000 square feet, currently employing over 1,800 people. In addition to the manufacturing and warehousing operations, the facility also includes design laboratories and complete engineering functions.

The Roper Corporation traces its origins to 1874 as the Florence Machine Company of Massachusetts, a manufacturer of kerosene stoves. The Florence Machine Company acquired the E-Z Way Stove Works plant in Kankakee, Illinois in 1929. Production was concentrated on gas ranges until the start of World War II when its efforts were changed to producing 55mm shells and armor plating for tanks.
