Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Successfully complete three (3) eight-month rotational assignments in different areas of the supply chain organization including: manufacturing operations leadership roles, sourcing/purchasing, manufacturing quality, supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, materials and material flow, EH&S, and Lean.
Set goals & targets for your rotation with your assignment head.
Steer teams across multiple levels of the business through influencing.
Use initiative to find and develop process improvements.
Assist your team with the development and execution of project ideas.
Develop and demonstrate a systematic approach to problem-solving.
Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously.
Set regular feedback sessions with your assignment head.
Participate in and complete classroom based leadership and functional training as well as online training curriculum.
Successfully complete Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Rotational assignments can take place in one of our four manufacturing locations: Louisville, KY; Decatur, AL; Lafayette, GA; or Selmer, TN. The majority are located at our headquarters in Louisville, KY.
Relocation assistance will be provided.
Required Qualifications
Exceptional military career as demonstrated through successful completion of leadership and key developmental assignments.
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of commissioned officer service.
Maximum of 2 years of separation from active duty; may be waived if due to full-time enrollment in higher education or relevant experience in manufacturing/supply chain related role.
Ability to solve problems, delegate, and achieve difficult goals.
Ability to adapt quickly and eager to learn and master new roles.
Demonstrated passion for supply chain and/or manufacturing.
Methodical approach to problem-solving.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and leadership skills; excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Degree in engineering or business preferred.
Previous work experience in a manufacturing setting.
Advanced degree in business, engineering, or related field
Minimum 3.0 undergrad GPA with no graduate degree.
Minimum 2.8 undergrad GPA with a graduate degree GPA 3.5 or greater.
