The Challenge
The Campus Recruiting Administrator is an integral part of the Talent Acquisition Operations team and overall recruitment process. The Campus Recruiting Administrator will support assigned client groups (Supply Chain & Technology) by managing the job requisitions including, but not limited to, sourcing & dispositioning candidates. In addition to supporting other Campus activities as assigned.
What you will Do
Workday/ Candidate Screening
- Disposition candidates in the job requisition based on eligibility to meet minimum qualifications or progress candidates to the next step of the recruiting process in Workday
- Verify candidates’ application status prior to interviews
- Attend interview debriefs with other program stakeholders
- Review interview record forms to ensure candidate meets basic qualifications and offer targets
- Use Workday to generate written offers to Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Tracking & Functional Alignment
- Communicate with Supply Chain and Technology Campus Recruiters to extend the written offers through Workday
- Track offer status for individual functions to monitor number of offers made, offers accepted, offers declined, among other tracking data.
- Communicate with assigned HR/ Program Managers for weekly recruiting updates
Support other Campus recruiting initiatives during non-peak times as they occur
Manage the administrative process of returner offers, internal & executive referrals, function transfers
- Review and track transcript data for incoming co-ops
- Manage Campus-related administrative tasks as assigned.
- Assist in event creation, event management and candidate communication through vendor website.
- Answer inquiries from the Campus Recruiting mailbox.
- Maintain return offer database of candidates
What you need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of HR or related, administrative experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, take initiative & be organized
- Understanding of general talent acquisition recruiting processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Human Resources, Communications, or related field
- Experience in talent acquisition and Workday
