Senior Customer Supply Chain Coordinator

The Challenge

The Senior Customer Supply Chain Coordinator will provide critical support to the organization by providing supply chain reporting and tracking on a regular cadence or on an ad hoc basis. This role will also own coordination and delivery of on-going activities that support supply chain reporting. The Coordinator will leverage the various data bases (Oracle OBIA, Oracle OBIEE, Tableau, etc.) as needed to deliver business reporting needs and assigned work processes. This role will also engage and coordinate with other key resources (i.e., GEA Fulfillment Systems Team, GEA DT Team, and contracted offshore resources) to leverage and incorporate additional reporting capabilities and/or enabling business work processes. This role will report to the Director – Customer Supply Chain.

What you will Do

Coordinate and deliver assigned supply chain reports and tracking on the prescribed frequency (daily, week, monthly, etc.).     

  • Execute CSO interventions as directed, including but not limited to:  CSO prioritization, CSO cancellation, CSO unreserve/push, CSO split & ship, CSO cut & ship, etc., as directed
  • Create Internal Reservation Orders (IROs) and execute IRO maintenance tasks, as needed
  • Promotion Event Sell-Thru Tracking
  • Customer Sell-To Reporting
  • Create and maintain detailed SOPs for executing all assigned reporting and tracking
  • Coordinate with business resources to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supply chain reports (i.e., Customer Supply Chain, DT resources, Infosys, etc.)
  • Leverage collaboration tools for efficient report delivery/posting, as needed (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)

Coordinate and deliver ad hoc supply chain reports and tracking, as requested

Other supply chain reporting and tracking improvement projects, as assigned

What you need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Three (3) years’ experience in CICS/Oracle/OE systems, including order management
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Proven customer relations skills
  • Places high value on attention to detail and data reporting accuracy
  • Accountability – demonstrated ability to hold yourself accountable to meet required deadlines
  • Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and deal effectively with changes to the same
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (spreadsheet manipulation, formulas, charts/graphs, V-Lookup)
  • Proficient in collaboration tools/software:  Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Operates with a sense of urgency with excellent follow-up
  • Capability and willingness to engage and work across organizational boundaries, as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree
  • Prior experience in Customer Service, Distribution, Logistics, Sales Operations, or related discipline
  • Prior project management experience
  • Data analysis skills utilizing Microsoft Access

Working Conditions:

  • This is a remote role, but could require up to 10% commute for in-office meetings
  • Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
