The Challenge

The Business Analyst role (P2_ supports the organization by working with the business and development teams for eliciting, understanding, and documenting business needs to determine and recommend the most optimal solution.
This position will report to the Senior DT Manager, Consumer and Customer Operations and will work very closely with call center associates, interface with the operations support personnel, and be responsible for managing development and technical deployment activities.
This role will also serve as the primary point of contact for the Consumer and Customer Operations team, regarding all project financial management activity.

What you will Do

Act as a member of the project team to facilitate requirements workshops to document detailed functional, technical, reporting & data requirements. Leading and participating in discovery meetings with stakeholders to document scope and cost estimates for projects and enhancements
Coordinating with technical teams on projects, ensuring project execution is done as per deadlines, and providing regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of projects & risks/mitigations. 
Develop and manage detailed project scope, schedule, & milestones using standard company tools (Smartsheet, JIRA) and utilize existing processes for the creation/management of user stories, epics, and sprint management (via Kanban) 
Gather, create and document current (as-is) and future (to-be) business requirements, data flow diagrams, process workflows, use case scenarios, user story refinement, and functional design for development. 
Assist with Salesforce sandbox configuration/setup, test case development, performance/load testing, and end-to-end functional/regression testing of projects

What you need to Succeed

Minimum Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience using Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud with Salesforce certification credentials. 
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Call Centers in a manufacturing and/or field service environment
Experience in software development methodologies such as Agile/Waterfall with the proven ability to work on multiple projects throughout all SDLC phases. 
Excellent analytical skills with strong Business Analyst experience proficiency in use of Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Smartsheet.
Relevant project management and related experience managing and delivering software development projects and cloud applications

Preferred Qualification & Experience

Master’s degree, MBA would be a plus. Good communication, interpersonal and crises management skills to handle pressure from project challenges 
Ability and willingness to work remotely (from outside of office as may be needed) and with people in different time zones (via phone/email or using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams) 
Self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to multi-task and attention to detail big picture thinking and vision
