Learning & Development Intern Coordinator

The Challenge

The Learning & Development Intern Coordinator is a member of the Order Management Learning & Development Team. The Learning & Development Intern Coordinator primary responsibility is the maintenance, edits and updates our online resource tool, training documentation as well as assists the L&D team at the direction of the Senior Manager and Curriculum Developer.

What you will Do

  • 20 hours a week – Primarily (3) days a week, some hours being between 8:30-5pm to be available for meetings/training, etc., but will work with class schedule.
  • Primary Responsibilities – Updating EBS training materials, including manuals and SOPs, in Knowledge Base for online CSR training and reference post classroom training.

What you need to Succeed

  • Secondary Responsibilities –
    • Maintenance of communication and updated documentation. 
    • Distribution of training “Did you Know” emails and LMS tracking. 
    • Customer Experience and/or LMS data analysis and reporting.
  • Shadowing during new hire training – providing assistance to both the trainers and new hires as needed.
  • Manager will conduct touch bases, via teams.  Workload will be given and reviewed during this timeframe.
