Senior Data Engineer

The Challenge

Support HR, inclusion, and diversity representational reporting and analytics, planning, forecasting, root cause analysis, HR and I&D learning effectiveness and process improvements. Develop innovative analytic solutions, while creating actionable insights and driving decisions. Create a dashboard of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on business goals and objectives. Formulate hypothesis, develop queries and models to evaluate hypotheses and formulate solutions to drive process and performance improvement within various employee life-cycle stages. Collaborate and educate stakeholders while supporting data governance ensuring employee confidentiality. Responsible for driving HR, inclusion, and diversity data-based research on best practices and key partnership survey tracking, completion, and submission. Define data requirements and gather and validate information, applying statistical tests.

What you will Do

  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering (any) or a related field and 7 years of progressively responsible post-bachelor’s degree related experience.

  • The position also requires 7 years of experience in data analysis using Excel, Tableau, SQL, SAS Suite, and Oracle;

  • 7 years of experience in reporting using SAS Business Objects, Tableau, Excel, Oracle, SQL, and PowerBI;

  • 7 years of experience in business intelligence using SAS Business Objects, Tableau, Excel, and PowerBI;

  • 7 years of experience with FineReport; and

  • 7 years of experience in workforce planning database management. Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting, must report/appear into/at 4000 Buechel Bank Rd, Louisville, KY 40225.
