Interested in joining us on our journey?Under the direction of the Maintenance Operations Manager the Maintenance Desk Coordinator will be the primary point of distribution and workflow for all work orders received by the department. Assures accuracy of information entered in the computerized work order system. Serves as main point of contact for customer service requests.
· High School Diploma or equivalent required
· Associates degree or certification in related field is preferred.
· 3 to 5years of experience in a fast-paced maintenance environment
· 3 to 5 years of experience in a maintenance dispatcher/coordinator role preferred.
· Self-motivated individual who excels in a team environment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong attention to detail required
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency with basic operations of a computer; MS Outlook, Excel and experience using workflow systems
Must be able to perform essential job duties with or without accommodations.
Must be able to access all required areas pertaining to job duties.
Must be able to pass the standard physical examination given to maintenance.
Cannot be color blind.
Repetitive bending or twisting
Standing or sitting for long periods of time.
Use of personal protective equipment
Intermittent lifting of parts or tools up to 70lbs.
