Our Digital Marketing Team is look for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join us! We are looking for a creative, motivated professional, with strong analytic experience who loves data driven insights. This individual will work directly with the Bodewell and eCommerce Digital Brand teams to track, gather, and report marketing performance. You will have the opportunity to enable the digital strategy for email, sales, social, and web across all channels.

How You'll Create Possibilities

  • Collect, retrieve, and understand digital marketing data to measure KPI performance across various channels and platforms
  • Conduct exploratory and descriptive analysis around digital campaign measurement and digital user experience
  • Analyze and interpret data and historical trends, and report into findings as needed
  • Create data enriched visualizations associated with the measurement, analysis, and reporting of digital marketing performance and engagement
  • Translate and present quantitative findings into practical data insights through the interpretation of data, trends, and other sources
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining data quality within the digital marketing database
  • Create ad hoc analysis and reporting in response to internal data requests
  • Research competitors for benchmarking, as well as industry and digital user experience best practices
  • Support analysis of A/B and multivariate testing to improve KPI performance

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing data analysis utilizing Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, Datorama, or other data visualization tool
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills with demonstrated ability to take an innovative approach to business problems
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
