We are looking for an E-commerce Marketing & Content Manager to join our e-commerce team. This role is a key position within our Emerging Markets organization. In this role you will be responsible for driving planning and execution towards catalog management, content strategy, and organic and paid marketing efforts to drive growth with Amazon.

How You'll Create Possibilities

  • Responsible for the new product setup process and content execution across all GE Appliance categories and launching marketing efforts on the Amazon platform
  • Develop and manage the monthly marketing plan at product category/brand level utilizing different marketing effort types
  • Execute in-house marketing efforts and collaborate with the external Amazon marketing team to execute the planned marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal category leaders managing the Amazon catalog as well as updating the Amazon brand stores, product detail pages, variations, and A+ content using best practices along with performing regular content audits to ensure accuracy
  • Partner with GE Appliances product teams to collaborate on marketing strategy definition, asset creation, and marketing plan development to deliver the targeted customer experience on Amazon platform and meet the channel, category, and brand goals
  • Manage partnership with the external advertising agency with a focus on driving a high return on ad spend as well as defining the performance/optimization process, and managing the marketing spend against the budget

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience to include the following areas: e-commerce content management, digital marketing (including SEO, SEM, email, and other marketing tactics) and marketing measurement/analytics
  • Experience working in an e-commerce/cross-channel retail or consumer products manufacturer environment
  • An understanding of consumer products e-commerce landscape, growth drivers, marketing strategies, and success metrics
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while shifting priorities as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to own and drive efforts end to end and partner with cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter with an excellent work ethic and proven success working in a remote environment
  • Strong preference given to those with Amazon Vendor or Seller Central Experience
  • Occasional travel to Louisville, KY and Seattle, WA for meetings and conferences (< than 25% travel)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Amazon marketing experience in an Amazon retail partner or a marketplace seller environment
  • Resourceful, curious, and motivated with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Learner mindset, curiosity to ask questions and consistently learn and develop new skills within GE Appliances and Amazon
  • Experience working at or with an advertising agency and/or sponsored products and DSP display campaigns
  • Familiarity with Salsify or other PIM tools
