We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Controllership team. This role will report to the Senior Finance Manager – Controllership supporting the business. In this role, you will drive period and year end close, leverage functional and technical expertise in Oracle EBS, and get the opportunity to drive key projects and processes.

How You'll Create Possibilities

  • Lead and assist the following GEA transformation projects:
    • R12 Ledger of Record transition stabilization
    • Hyperion HFM implementation
    • R12 Systematic MJE Review
  • Own period and year end close across 11i & R12 by working with key business & IT team members
  • Drive sub-ledger reconciliations to GL, ensuring accounting is consistent across modules
  • Functional ownership of Hyperion ARM (Account Reconciliation Manager)
  • Perform monthly and annual maintenance for the Global Oracle General Ledger (11i and R12)
  • Provide training and ad hoc analysis for all Oracle EBS users
  • Manage Ad Hoc requests
  • Responsible for strategizing and streamlining business processes with respect to the Controllership Team
  • Serve as facilitator of Closing & Reporting SharePoint

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Four (4) years of corporate finance or functional IT experience
  • Proven project leadership skills
  • Ability to influence operational teams in a collaborative fashion
  • Strong organization skills with ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain business connectivity within all career levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Drive to grow professionally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Previous corporate finance experience in manufacturing
  • Familiarity with and experience implementing Oracle and Hyperion modules
