We are looking for a Senior Fulfillment Supply Planner to manage the short and long-term supply planning and S&OP support activities for Air Products. In this role, you will collaborate with the Commercial, Product Management, and Manufacturing teams in the Air Products MEs to support an effective S&OE/S&OP process. You will also focus on effective flow and cadence of supply planning activities to manage cash and enable strategic growth. This role reports to the Product Fulfillment Senior Manager – Air Products Leader.

How You'll Create Possibilities

  • Recommend capacity or stocking strategy changes to support ME growth
  • Set up and maintain SKUs in Oracle
  • Place production orders to factories within agreed upon S&OP capacities utilizing ERP ordering processes
  • Escalate supply issues to ME leadership that will interfere with customer demand and provide alternative actions  
  • Identify value stream process improvement opportunities and execute projects to support
  • Collaborate with and make recommendations to ME leadership on demand and supply forecasts; use influencing skills to reach business alignment
  • Manage end-of-life SKUs across customers and GEA network
  • Support monthly S&OP cadence and plan execution
  • Perform line-of-balance analysis to identify exceptions and opportunities to Product Team, and drive supply or demand actions
  • Investigate and report on inventory or service-related issues (Available to Promise)
  • Identify geographical opportunities across the network to rebalance and best utilize available inventory
  • Collaborate with the NPI team to establish ramp up / ramp down plans for transitions
  • Update appropriate Oracle settings as ME launches or ends models to drive appropriate demand and supply outputs
  • Work with deployment on initial / ongoing set-ups / requirements
  • Minimal travel (<5%) locally. Potential for international travel based on specific suppliers

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance or other related degree
  • 5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:  Parts or Product Fulfillment, Materials, Product Management, Supply Chain Operations, Sourcing, Distribution or Order Service Management
  • Strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience dealing with Oracle, IES, Prophecy
  • Ability to adapt and quickly learn new systems
  • Prior Product Fulfillment experience
