Senior Program Manager - Micro Wave Oven

The Challenge

Responsible for Program management for Cooking products including Microwave Ovens Responsible for
engineering(design) capability for Microwave Systems and also actively execute the program and commit GEA NPI
process Interface with global design team. Senior Program Manager maintain and develop supplier relationship and cooperate with supplier qualification.

What you will Do

  • Manage product development, product line refinement, develop and execute product technical roadmap and product line strategy
  • Work to steer product line strategy and delivering profitability for MW-Vent product line
  • Analyze root causes of highly complex mechanical, electrical parts and system issues
  • Build up New technology for a future business modeling
  • Head the IP filed and a technical leadership to execute/design innovative engineering practices

What you need to Succeed

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • BS/MS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or System Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in related discipline beyond BS degree Six Sigma background preferred
  • Over 5(10) years of engineering experience, including program management for 3(5) years Solid knowledge and experience in Appliances and developing product design Experience with finished goods manufacturers and suppliers
  • Familiar with reliability engineering (CRE is preferred) Good project leadership and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skill on reading, speaking and writing in English
  • Strong broad technical knowledgebase in multiple disciplines preferred Knowledge of quality management and systems
