The Challenge

This Senior IT Business Analyst role will be responsible for setting and executing digitalization efforts for several areas of the ERP system within Manufacturing Supply Chain, while collaborating with the functional and Factory Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams. This position is accountable to drive improvements in new or operationalized, complex areas. This position is accountable for planning, directing work, leveraging team and individual strengths, responsible use of resources including company funds; addressing complaints, solving problems, subject matter expert for Manufacturing Supply Chain, to ensure high quality results.

What you will Do

Responsibilities:


• Lead requirements gathering for the digitalization and enhancement of the Oracle ERP system within the Supply Chain management function; including planning, material flow, manufacturing integration, scanning and other related business processes and process areas, to ensure the success of the Key Stakeholders and Users of Oracle ERP tools
• Support Factory Master Plans and larger Digital supply chain Hoshin projects
• You will identify capability gaps between existing functionality and the new business process being designed and be a subject matter expert, and key point of contact for ERP business users, within the Manufacturing Supply Chain knowledge domain
• Facilitate the capture, creation, and institutionalization of enterprise-wide best practices related to Manufacturing Supply Chain and drive adoption of these best practices through regular meetings with key plant stakeholders and using collaboration forums
• Agile Product Owner for Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), EHS and other areas as required
• A key member for large enterprise-wide projects/programs to enhance business practices around Supply Chain management, communication, material flow and optimization across the entire supply chain network
• Solve difficult, and sometimes complex, problems by finding root cause and driving systemic solutions with business stakeholders
• Drive improvements and champion cultural change within Supply Chain and the business to achieve Hoshin goals
• Coach and train Supply Chain business users and project team members on ERP best practices as they are developed
• Work across functions to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
• Work with DT teams to ensure projects are properly prioritized and manage functional expectations
• Ensure adherence to enterprise procedures, and compliance with regulations and policy

** Potential of travel up to 25% required**

What you need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering or other STEM degree

• 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing and/or Warehousing

• 5+ years’ functional or technical experience with Oracle EBS or OCI ERP

• Excellent communication, documentation, SQL, and analytical skills

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated ability to deliver quality technical solutions

• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex issues and drive needed actions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile project methodology experience

• Strong understanding of existing GEA business processes

• In depth understanding of Oracle CEMLI customizations that affect the GEA Manufacturing & Supply Chain space

• 5+ years’ experience with Sourcing, EAM, VCP, SOA and/or other Oracle ERP modules

• Technical degree or graduate degree

• Lean experience, especially with LEAN tools like 5 Why’s and 7 Ways

• MES experience, Proficy experience preferred

• Basic understanding of integrations, interactions, and usage of ERP, MES, and WMS’s
