Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
You will use your financial metrics expertise and levers to scope programs, manage risks, and achieve schedule within budget.
Lead strategic manufacturing business development scoping activities such as insourcing initiatives and New Product Introductions (NPI).
Drive successful NPI product launches while meeting targets (safety, quality, delivery, and cost).
Complete capacity program needs while meeting targets; such as, safety, quality, delivery, and cost).
Own developing and executing strategic Run the Plant annual program budgets across all Appliance sites.
Lead the Long-Term Planning and Factory Master Plan processes.
Influence all components of OEE (safety, uptime, scrap, production efficiency) on new and existing process and equipment.
Effectively and proactively communicate program vision and progress across all constituent communities.
Collaborate with cross functional organizations throughout the NPI value-stream ensuring key milestones and operational commitments are met.
Provide technical leadership and in-depth expertise to AME teams.
Lead Lean culture ensuring AME supports manufacturing processes to improve quality, process efficiency, and continuous yield improvement.
Set strategic direction for plant infrastructure needs.

What you will need:
Minimum BA/BS degree, Technical degree preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering)
12 years plus in manufacturing operations roles
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a matrix work environment.
Demonstrated experience prioritizing conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment with the composure and communication skills to satisfy multiple and potentially competing goals
Previous project management experience of large programs demonstrating the organization skills and problem-solving skills required to manage risks and meet technical and commercial goals
Strong business acumen with an emphasis on analytical skills and problem- solving
Extensive technical and program management experience in critical manufacturing processes such as metal fabrication, injection molding, assembly, polyurethane foam, thermoforming, finishes, and plant engineering.
Experience, skills, or knowledge we would like you to have:
Prior Lean manufacturing experience and practice
Must be willing and able to travel for significant periods
Continuous learner who uses a humble style to drive change
Leadership experience in a union manufacturing environment
