GEA's DLDP(Digital Leadership Development Program) is a key entry point for DT professionals at GEA and is designed to attract high-potential candidates looking to further develop their technical ability and business acumen. Our DLDP professionals gain hands-on experience in system implementation, technical design and architecture, and operational excellence as they transition from academia to the working world. Program members get access to rotations in a variety of disciplines (e.g. system implementations, technical design/architecture, and operational excellence), accelerating their future at GEA. The Digital Leadership Development Program (DLDP) offers those with a passion for digital technology the opportunity to grow their leadership skills, business acumen, and technology aptitude while building a career with unlimited potential. Program members lead by doing, gaining frontline experience by working on important and challenging projects alongside some of the brightest technical minds in the world. Successful candidates will begin the Digital Leadership Development Program in January 2022.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PIPELINE PURPOSE: To provide a pipeline of high potential emerging talent into the DT organization. Our DT development programs ensure that developmental work experiences and learning are continuously aligned with the goals and strategies of the DT organization. To meet the needs of a global DT organization, the DT development programs seek to foster global partnerships while establishing talent pipelines that meet business needs with varying degrees of proximity to the customer, either interacting with external business functions and teams, or internal DT customer teams
DLDP OBJECTIVE Accelerated experiences and exposure within varying facets of Digital Technology. Developing high performing, analytical, dexterous, and innovative DT professionals that have potential to drive business change through technology solutions.

Cross-program Seminar 2 (Offsite-In US)/4th rotation - Financials for Business Leaders - Business Simulation - Career Management - Influencing Skills / Conflict Management.
Eligibility: B.Tech with 1-3 years of work experience.
Start date of DLDP Program- Jan 1st -2nd week of 2022.
