Provide HR client support for Customer Service team, including the non-exempt population and their managers. This includes providing input to Customer Service managers and employees regarding employee relations, performance, policy development and adherence.
Lead HR processes for Customer Service managers and their employees including goal setting, performance management, talent planning and new manager assimilations.
Lead hiring initiatives and retention strategies for Customer Service team.
Serve as HR contact for all Commercial year-round intern hiring needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
One (1) year of Human Resouce experience
One (1) year experience working on employee relations
Passion for employee engagement
Proven use of judgment to identify, anticipate client needs and make recommendations
Lead difficult conversations with internal stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to motivate others
A Team-oriented attitude balanced with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Maintains strict confidentiality and adheres to a high standard of professional conduct.
Demonstrated excellence in time management and attention to detail
