Description
• Own & drive fulfillment needs across business functions • Partner with Business users/executives to build functionality and provide hypercare for ERP & Stabilization launces • Partner with Business Executives, users on various Fulfillment Simplification and Improvements programs from business to make Planning experience seamless • The Person should be able to work with program architect or enterprise architect to achieve Work objectives and execute by coaching, reviewing and delegating work to other professionals • Drive and Lead Significant improvements on existing processes and practices. • Lead Fulfillment and Work across tracks (OM, OTM, Shipping, EDI…), the person should be able to exercise High degree of influence over others outside the job function regarding policies, practices and procedures. and ensure solutions are designed which will not impact the Customer Experience. • Lead and drive the Compliance and Controllership issues • Be the DT Planning Contact point working to ensure all the systems are effectively communicating and proper controls and checks have been put in place. • Ensure and upgrade key monitoring capabilities within the DT organization to support inventory control and high service levels. • Mentor, Coach and assist with providing training to end-users, Subordinates & New Resources in the planning modules. • Ensure Planning Data Flows to downstream systems seamlessly. Provide proper support to Core DT/Business teams to ensure smooth operation. • Should be able to validate solutions build by other team members and test it thoroughly before approving it • Play role in putting future strategy, work with our EA’s for module/functionality/features deployment across modules and reporting • Future thinking to simplify VCP footprints • Engage programs SME & project leaders • Manage Project/Task/Deliverables by/in JIRA/HPQC • Regular Communication with DT & Business leadership. Also, ensure Core DT & Business Leadership is updated regularly with Execution Status & Andon. • Work effectively with business, vendor/partners’ resources and various DT teams such as Infrastructure, SOA and DBAs. Raise red flags promptly. Assist in building consensus and resolving conflicts, if any.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in supply chain / computer science • At least 7-8 years of relevant industry experience • At least 5-6 plus years of experience with Oracle ERP Implementation/support • Thorough Oracle functional knowledge of Oracle modules – VCP and EBS • Sound knowledge of integrated suites with wing-to-wing flows • Sound knowledge of Project Management • At least experience of 2-3 project executions • Work Leader Experience with Oracle VCP R12.2.x implementation
Preferred Qualification & Experience:
• Strong business flow knowledge • Implementation experience and the ability to recommend business solutions • Strong influencing, interpersonal and relationship management skills • Proven analytical and problem resolution skills. • Quality and cost driven; experience in Six Sigma and lean • Proactive responsible individual, able to set own action plans with minimum management • Ability to influence and build consensus with other IT teams and leadership • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Exposure to the Service and Call center industry an added advantage.
