The Challenge

The Financial Analyst owns budgeting, management and execution of $100M+ SG&A spend by the Marketing and Brand Teams, working closely with all of them to help maximize ROI (Return on Investment) and grow our House of Brands to be #1!

What you will Do

  • Partner with Brand and Marketing leaders to understand and provide guidance in all elements of SG&A spend
  • Partner with teams to define budgets and align ownership
  • Provide clear, simple as possible, and insightful tracking and reporting of Marketing SG&A, including key drivers of variances
  • Own monthly & quarterly estimates
  • Own monthly/quarterly closing cycles and ensure proper controllership
  • Work closely with the operating team to drive increased spend efficiencies
  • Work with Finance Director and others to expand/improve ROI reporting
  • Serve as key member of National Ad council with GEA and agency members
  • Lead cross functional ad hoc projects

What you need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years corporate finance experience

Ensures that potential risks are identified and mitigated and escalates issues that exceed risk tolerance.)
