Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
You will provide execution support to The Home Depot account and GE Appliances sales personnel.
Track orders, identify issues, and escalate problems for resolution.
Your daily activity will include order management, managing complex logistics, issue resolution, and reporting. This includes working with Sales, Transportation, Deployment, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.
Ensure that customer order shipments meet the customer delivery metrics and shipping requirements.
Generate project ideas and complete as assigned.
Serve as a resource on business initiatives needed to drive sales growth and cost productivity.

What you will need:
2 years of Order Management/Customer Experience.
Proven demonstrated sound interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle challenging priorities.
Experienced with multi-task and work quickly in a transactional environment.
Sense of urgency with excellent follow-up.
Order Management systems.
Data analysis skills utilizing Microsoft Excel
What experience, skills, or understanding we would like you to have:
Demonstrated proficiency with CICS/Oracle/OE systems, including order management.
Proven oral and written communication skills.
Customer relations skills.
Bachelor’s degree is highly desired.
Prior Distribution, Logistics, and/or Fulfillment work experience.
Prior project management experience.
Data analysis skills utilizing Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
