Support assigned Area Sales Managers with multi-family project proposals.
Interpret blueprints to derive product specification and configurations through executing a “blueprint” take off.
Translate multi-family planned living units into appliance product bill of materials (i.e. different types of units (1BR, 2BR), special access (ADA) units, and amenity areas.
Prepare timely and accurate specifications for proposal records.
Communicate product requirements to Area Sales Managers in a standardized template.
Special projects may also be assigned to this position as needed.
Knowledgeable in accessing required digital content from customers’ digital storage (drop box type) application
Excellent attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently toward timely completion of a variety of assignments
Ability to work in a team environment
Organizational skillset that allows for a customer first, service-oriented attitude
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
This position is open to a remote work location for ideal candidates.
HS Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Ability to work occasional weekends and or/evenings
Ability to work flexible hours to support other time zones
Construction industry experience with focus on project estimating and project scheduling preferred
