Manage inside sales territories to promote and sell appliances through telephone and email contact.
Develop rapport with customers and actively solicit for new accounts from initial call to close while achieving and exceeding assigned quarterly and annual sales targets.
Maintain working relationships with Regional Managers (RMs), Field Area Sales Managers (ASMs), National Account Managers (NAMs), Sales support functions, and peers.
Implement an aggressive, proactive call schedule to increase sales growth and productivity.
Use digitization tools and to improve overall sales effectiveness.
Maintain thorough product knowledge; conduct a market analysis of assigned territory and prepare and execute territory strategies and action plans.
Update customers on current market trends, rebates, programs, and promotional tools.
Lead all post-sale administration efforts
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
Ability to be flexible with schedule to accommodate time zone differences in customer territories
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to succeed in a self-directed environment
Proven ability to develop, organize and implement sales plans
Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
Retail, direct, or telephone sales experience
