The Challenge

This Co-op will work closely with the Marketing Operations team. They will have responsibility for projects and activities supporting our Sales & Channel Incentive Programs.

What you will Do

Essential Responsibilities

  • Create & manage email Incentives marketing calendar
  • Collaborate with internal & external teams to execute monthly customer Incentives marketing emails
  • Maintain and communicate all incentives master program files
  • Own monthly incentive program edits and quarterly incentive program 
  • Partner with internal & external teams to update and execute customer/consumer incentive surveys 
  • Export and edit a quarterly transition sheet for both Sales and Operations
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops Specialist on rebate POP and rebate execution
  • Conduct local customer visits to gather competitive intel
  • Manage all internal and external incentives escalations
  • Manage all internal SalesForce.com & Chatter inquiries
  • Own internal field sales communications 
  • Distribute all upcoming incentive programs
  • Update all training documents and conduct quarterly training 
  • Partner with external team to handle new incentives/sales associate registrations

What you need to Succeed

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Students Only. Must be currently enrolled in a college or university in a full-time undergraduate program with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • This is a 12-month Co-op assignment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task
  • Ability to work flexible hours ranging from 20-40/week; school schedule dependent
  • Preferred work location is Louisville, KY.  The role will also be open to remote locations in select surrounding states. 
  • No relocation assistance provided

  • Pursuing a degree in Business /Marketing
  • Self-starter; demonstrated excellence in time management, planning and detail management
