The Challenge

• Senior Systems Analyst: Order Management, Advanced Pricing and EDI. At GEA we are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Order Management expert with integration skills of Inventory, Advanced Pricing and EDI. This person will provide Oracle-related support in the order-to-cash process flow. In this role, the candidate will align to the Digital Technology,- Commercial Growth Team and Business teams. They will support business teams for order entry and e-commerce. In this role they will serve as a direct liaison with business owners to define and implement business solutions which could include performing configurations, testing, documentation and training for all projects /enhancements and production issues.

What you will Do

  • Own & drive functional architectural solution needs across business functions specifically in ERP Modules. Drive CIB process across Supply Chain area, including OSB

  • Partner with business executives users on various order management simplification and improvement programs from the business to make their user experience seamless

  • Drive significant improvements on existing processes and Validate solutions built by other team members and Offer guidance on implementation best practices.

  • Be the subject matter expert and point-of-contact within DT for knowledge related to Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, and PIM modules. Have working knowledge across all other ERP modules to effectively contribute across the ERP landscape.

  • Upgrade key monitoring capabilities within the DT organization to support Order Management, Other ERP Modules, and high service levels.

  • Mentor, Coach and assist with providing training to end-users, junior employees & New Resources in the Oracle Order Management, and other ERP modules

  • Provide support to Core DT/Business teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Work effectively with business, vendor/partners’ resources, and various DT teams such as Infrastructure, SOA and DBAs.

What you need to Succeed

  • At least 10 + years experience in Oracle Applications (EBS) R12. Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping & Inventory.

  • Exposure to EDI is preferable.

  • At least 7 plus years of experience with Order Management implementation/support, along with working knowledge across EBS modules like Inventory, Pricing, Shipping, AR, PIM.

  • At least experience of 2-3 project executions.

  • Expected awareness of Sourcing, WMS and Value Chain Planning. Preferred but not mandatory.

  • Working experience with Integrations / Middleware such as SOA & Mulesoft.

  • Should have experience of managing projects on own while leading a team, Including conducting scrums, team meetings, customer collaboration, other project related works with minimal supervision.

  • Should be able to multi task in fast paced environment.
