The Challenge

The Digital Technology (Information Technology) Senior Manager for Planning & Fulfillment Systems is responsible for benchmarking and building a future strategy in end-to-end planning. This role will build partnerships with the functional leaders to guide them and other team members to find optimal and innovative solutions while driving tangible business value. This role will focus on optimizing S&OP, demand management/forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization & order execution processes and systems. The Senior Manager for Planning & Fulfillment Systems is responsible for planning, designing, deploying, & supporting the planning and fulfillment function. This person will also drive the next level of supply chain planning, capability, and process visualization to allow the business to make faster decisions. This person should exhibit a deep understanding of the domain, industry trends, and potential impacts to the business or supply chain industry. The ideal candidate will also have experience with distribution teams in design decisions, technology choices and timelines, influencing customers and building relationships.

What you will Do

  • Essential Results-Based Duty (% of time spent on the essential responsibility)

  • Provide Functional & Technical leadership for design, development & deployment for business systems

  • Product manager for the Planning & Fulfillment systems to manage backlog and execution of capabilities

  • Work with Technical team and Data Governance Boards IT/Business to identify changes and requirements associated with standard data loading practice

  • Work with Business Execution Leader to execute plans and offering solutions typically associated with lean practices

  • Challenge and inspire direct reports to achieve business results. Provide leadership, coaching, and development that aligns with organizational goals and objectives. Hold individuals accountable and recognize team accomplishments. 

  • Find and develop diverse talent, diversity of thought, and team capability that aligns with strategy, tools and processes. Encourage and promote individual differences to enhance discussions, decisions, and results. 

  • Develop and ensure employee capability through performance management processes, talent reviews, training and development and effective staffing decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain or related field.

  • Ten (10) years of prior relevant experience in roles of increasing responsibility within the Supply Chain domain (Oracle Value Chain Planning – Demantra, ASCP, Inventory Optimization or similar Planning applications)

  • 3 plus years’ experience leading an IT business or related team(s) with experience operating at a senior professional-level.

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience with Oracle ERP/VCP Implementation/support.

  • Solid Technical knowledge of Oracle Demantra, ASCP, Inventory Optimization, Order Management, Item Master/ PIM

  • Sound knowledge of End-to-End Supply Chain/Wing to Wing Business Processes on how E2E Planning connects with other business functions

  • Exposure to Robotics, RPA, ML & AI

  • Sound knowledge of integrated suites with End-to-End Flows

  • Ability to lead, coordinate, and communicate across geographic, organizational, and technological boundaries

  • Demonstrated Project execution skills; Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.

  • Self-starter, organized, and motivated.

  • Knowledge of Project Management tools e.g. MS Projects etc.

  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with global partners, suppliers, customers, clients.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

What you need to Succeed

  • Master's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.

  • Ten (10) years of prior relevant experience in roles of increasing responsibility within

  • 5 plus years’ experience leading an IT business or related team(s) with experience operating at a senior manager-level.

  • Working Knowledge of Data Analytics/Business Intelligence tools (Tableau/Power BI)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Product Owner
