The Challenge

This position participates in the development of total rewards policies and processes, implements, maintains, and administers processes, analyzes data, and provides expert advice.

What you will Do

Essential Responsibilities

  • Participate in market surveys for development of compensation programs and processes, including salary structures and ranges
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to recommend salary actions
  • Own the global reward and recognition program, including vendor management; partner with business stakeholders on program design and communications
  • Partner with the HCM (Workday) COE to build processes for salary administration, including annual merit planning
  • Forge relationships to understand the business needs and serve as a consultative partner with HR Business Partners
  • Key participant on projects or initiatives related to market competitiveness, pay structures, career/job framework, pay equity, and/or pay transparency
  • Lead process to attain and maintain compensation information completeness and accuracy within Workday
  • Run monthly compensation reports to disseminate to the HR community

What you need to Succeed

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Human Resources related field
  • 2+ years compensation or other experience
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations governing compensation programs
  • Demonstrated quantitative skills and the ability to draw meaningful insights from data
  • Strong PC skills including advanced Excel skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills to facilitate working relationships with business partners
  • Highly organized and self-driven with an ability to meet multiple deadlines

Desired Characteristics

  • High degree of comfort with systems (Workday, MarketPay, ERI) and large amounts of data
  • Able to effectively communicate with and influence all levels of the organization and drive change
  • Demonstrated successful experience in working in a high-performance work environment and team-oriented culture
