The Challenge

We are in search of a FP&A Analyst – Cash to drive the improvement of GE Appliance’s reporting of inventory and cash flow for our estimates, planning cycles, and weekly analyses. In this role, you will be critical to the FP&A and Fulfillment team’s success through development of estimates, new weekly/monthly reporting, and annual Budget activities. You will play a critical role in analyzing the company’s cash flows and provide senior leadership the information they need. This role provides significant exposure to the Executive Director - FP&A, CFO, broader finance organization, Executive Director – Treasury and Executive Director – Fulfillment, while operating in a dynamic environment with unique challenges to solve.

What you will Do

  • Serve as a Finance partner to the Fulfillment team to support business objectives and define the right metrics to measure success
  • Report and analyze monthly financials and prepare packages for CFO/CEO level leadership
  • Act as key finance member in support of Cash FP&A Senior Manager
  • Own the weekly updating and distribution of the latest cash forecast
  • Steer the business towards using one inventory or record
  • Coordinate/act as point person for balance sheet estimate loads across operational FP&A teams
  • Provide analysis to support Parent company, Haier Smart Home International, FP&A
  • Develop new/simplified reporting of inventory balances and CFOA projections
  • Build new reporting to support new business objectives within our Fulfillment org
  • Provide ad hoc analysis when needed

What you need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • Minimum 3 years Finance or relevant experience
  • Finance leadership program graduate a plus
  • Results oriented, curious learner, advocate for meaningful change
  • Ability to influence and work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong systems skills, i.e. Excel, Hyperion, BI/Visualization tools
