The Challenge

The Digital eCommerce Senior Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing and optimizing the digital Monogram brand and DTC experience on monogram.com to drive increased site traffic and online conversion for the Monogram brand. The Digital eCommerce Sr. Specialist will work with a cross-functional team to build the best-in class digital experience for this luxury brand by driving aligned strategy with Digital & Social Media, Brand team, National Ad, Digital Tech, UX Design, Sales and agency partners.

What you will Do

Essential Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and launching the ecommerce strategy for the website coordinating with cross-functional team.
  • Analyze and develop onsite optimization for web commerce including the Monogram value proposition, NPI launches, product selection, sorting rules, suite creation and product/service cross-sell and upsell.
  • Focus on enhancing the consumer experience enabling their ability to find the information they need and maximize meaningful conversions.
  • Liaison with the Monogram cross-functional team (brand, ad, product, insights, and event team) to align on brand objectives / priorities and then develop digital strategy and content for use and amplification on our owned platforms and channels.
  • Build content strategy for this luxury brand bringing it to life on the web site and through CRM to attract and retain new and existing owners.
  • Develop consumer journeys, CRM, building relationships with current owners and growing our 1P data with new owners.
  • Track, measure, optimize and report on core KPIs including web sessions, page views, site speed, bounce rate, click pathing, WTB lead generation, site search performance and sales.
  • Work with ‘internal’ owner channel team on strategic requests and projects. Put tickets in the Jira system, aggregate necessary info, hold meetings and perform all necessary tasks to move items through the workflow process from start to finish.
  • Engage and manage cross-functional team in continuous feedback cycle, streamlining and prioritizing ongoing requests in an effort to support key brand initiatives with sound digital strategy execution.
  • Drive continued site enhancements based on latest trends in the ecommerce, luxury space while managing day to day operations.
  • Lead key stakeholder meetings driving alignment on priorities, executing on time and on budget.
  • Work collaboratively within our matrixed organization to build robust and meaningful content for the Monogram target segment (top 1% of the Market) – Discerning Connoisseurs.

What you need to Succeed

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: digital / brand marketing, traditional marketing or media.
  • Minimum 2 years of prior e-commerce experience
  • Experience in setting and managing sales and margin goals, as well as the ability to establish and interpret relevant KPIs / performance and optimize merchandising plans to drive sales.
  • Prior experience working with web analytics, digital tools / technology and multiple vendor/agency partners.
  • Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to form strong partnerships and working relationships within the team, cross-functional and with vendor/agency partners.
  • Prior experience developing and executing CRM campaigns

Desired Characteristics

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Finance
  • Experience working with luxury brands in an omni-channel environment.
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work in a very fast-paced, matrixed organization serving as a catalyst for change and managing multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • The ability to understand and explain complex issues, but also clearly identify and communicate the situation at a high level.
  • Ability to present and influence leadership in a clear and concise manner on Digital e-commerce progress and key learnings.
  • Willingness to work hard and contribute positively to a unique, fun and exceptional company culture.

  • Portfolio of successful implementations and performance in previous roles.
