In this role, the candidate will align to the Commercial Growth Customer Onboarding teams and will support business teams for order entry, EDI and e-commerce integrations. In this role, he/she will provide direct liaison with business owners to define and implement business solutions. Perform configurations, testing, documentation and training for all projects /enhancements and production issues. The role influences customers, product managers, and EBS teams in design decisions, technology choices, and timelines. This person exhibits an understanding of the domain and actively seeks an understanding of industry trends and potential impacts. Partnering with DT and Business Stakeholders, the person will ensure seamless execution & business continuity while launching new Customers and Future Enhancements
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science. • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in Oracle OM/Pricing (QP), EDI, Shipping, Inventory and Sourcing. • Should have good communication skills. • Ability to reason through complex situations with strength in identifying and mitigating risks. • Strong passion for the customer service. • Ability to actively listen and facilitate moving a diverse group to consensus . • Strong track history of written and verbal communications to update stakeholders and provide direction to team members. • Strong prioritization and organization skills required to manage all in-flight and pending tasks appropriately, including project planning, requirements documentation, traceability matrix, sprint planning, scrum leadership, metric tracking, risk analysis, and launch planning.
Preferred Qualification & Experience:
• Experience with one or more task management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, SmartSheets experience. • Previous DevOps training and experience. • Integration platform experience such as Mulesoft or Oracle SOA • Familiarity with Structured and Object-Oriented Software Development Methodologies including Requirements Analysis, Object Orient Analysis, Process and Data Modeling, Logical and Physical system design, and/or Test Driven Design.
• Desired Candidate should have 5 - 7 Year experience as Functional Consultant in design, development, implementation and upgrade of Oracle EBS (ERP) – R12. Preferably R12.2+. • Strong expertise in Oracle Order Management, Inventory, Advance Pricing (QP), Shipping, Sourcing, E-Commerce Gateway (EDI), Customer Master (TCA), and sound knowledge of Receivables (AR). • Exposure or working knowledge of Global Order Promising (GOP), Scheduling, OTM is preferable. • Ability to utilize the Oracle AIM methodologies, good understanding on Business terminology, quickly adaptable to new environments and innovative technologies. • Experience of RICEW components (Oracle Reports, Forms, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions and Workflow and CEMLI process with cross functional teams. Proficient with AIM documentation of MD020/MD050’s. • Proficient in conducting Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) along with Business Process modelling. • Should be able to work closely with business partners and other Digital Technology staff on projects, changes and production issues. Should be able to perform individually. Should have experience of mapping Business processes in EBS Application. Should be a strong problem solver with good analytical skills. • Proficiency with SQL queries, base tables of Order Management and other relevant modules, to perform data validation, pull quick reports and to check the integrity of data. • Experience in SLA management, customer communication management and Reporting. • Good knowledge on Application Security. • Should be able to document process flows, standard operating procedures, document root cause analysis for issues, provide user training and document testing. • Seek out new industry and technology trends and apply these learning’s to solve business problems. • Partner with Enterprise Architects to drive end to end solutions • Regular Communication with DT & Business leadership Manage Project Tasks in Smartsheet/Service-Now, and make regular and necessary updates.
