The Challenge

The Senior Operations Representative will be responsible for processing service contract exceptions, assisting with GE Store customer service order questions, and clearing various order failures. As we continue to enhance our eCommerce platforms, this role will be critical to support the various teams to grow sales.

What you will Do

Essential Responsibilities

  • Processing service contract exceptions and analyze areas of improvement in the tool and what is submitted to reduce errors.
  • Support GE Store customer service order questions. 
  • Clearing various order failures and working with various SME’s to understand where failures are occurring to identify enhancements.
  • Support the team with testing. 
  • Tasks will be assigned on an adhoc basis.

What you need to Succeed


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:  eCommerce,  Accounts Receivable, or Order Management.
  • Prior experience managing high volumes of data
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.

Desired Characteristics

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in Business, Finance or Engineering related field
  • Digital commerce experience with an Oracle Order Management backend.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team 
  • Creative mind and execution-focused work ethic. 
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
