Description
Manage interview scheduling for assigned client HR groups
• Checking calendars of assigned interview team
• Calling candidates to determine availability
• Confirming interview schedule and sending out candidate communications
• Greeting candidate and walking them to each interview (if requested)
• Scheduling debrief meeting, if requested
Create, proof, and send offer letters to assigned candidates
• Use Workday to create offer letters and customizing with approved language as requested
• Proofreading letters to ensure accuracy
• Communicating with assigned HR Managers to obtain approval before sending offer letter to candidate
Facilitate all pre-employment activities outside of Workday for assigned candidates
• Request and monitor the completion of drug screen, background check and medical tests, if applicable
• Communicate and follow up with candidates during pre-employment process regarding status or documents needed to complete background check and/or drug screen
• Create and send all pre-employment communications
Engage new hires in Day One Activities
• Ensure company assets and badges are ordered and available; Greet candidates at the Visitors Center or assigned location on their first day
• Complete I-9 and e-Verify processes ensuring compliance measures are met
• Conduct welcome to GE Appliances presentation (new hire orientation) and Q&A session for new hires
Support TA Recruiting Coordinators
• Work on a team of four (4) Coordinators and provide coverage of all responsibilities noted above during vacations, other time off, and peak times
• Head up and/or assist in other TA related projects as assigned
